Refund Policy
1. Required Notice Period
We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

Example: For a 10:00 AM Wednesday service, you must notify us before 10:00 AM Tuesday.
2. Late Cancellation Fee (Less than 24 Hours)
If a service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the full scheduled service price will be charged.

Rationale: This fee covers the wages allocated for your service provider, who cannot be easily rebooked or reassigned on short notice.
3. Scope of Service Changes & Time Overruns
These rules govern billing adjustments when the scope or duration of your service changes upon the provider's arrival:

Mini Clean Task Readiness: The Mini Clean requires the space to be task-ready (minimal clutter). If the service provider determines the space requires significant preparation, the client will be billed for additional time at a rate of $20 per hour to complete the necessary cleaning. If no extension is purchased, the service provider will prioritize tasks to fit the originally allotted time.

Other Time Overruns: If any other service requires more time than originally booked, the client may choose to extend the service at an additional $20 per hour. If no extension is purchased, the service provider will prioritize tasks to fit the allotted time.
4. No-Show Policy
A "No-Show" occurs if the service provider cannot gain access to the premises, the client is unavailable, or the premises are inaccessible or unsafe upon arrival and animals are not people friendly.

Fee: A charge of 100% of the full scheduled service price will be applied.
5. Exceptions
Fees may be waived at management discretion for documented Medical Emergencies or severe weather conditions where local authorities issue an official travel warning.
