Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy This policy applies to all services provided by No Time? No Problem, Timely notification helps maintain fair wages and efficient scheduling. 1. Required Notice Period We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Example: For a 10:00 AM Wednesday service, notify us before 10:00 AM Tuesday. 2. Late Cancellation Fee (Less than 24 Hours) If canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the full scheduled service price will be charged. Rationale: This covers wages for the service provider. 3. Scope of Service Changes & Time Overruns Mini Clean Task Readiness: If the cleaner determines the Mini Clean space requires significant preparation (not task-ready), the service is immediately upgraded to the $80 rate (2-hour minimum). The cleaner will prioritize tasks within that time if no extension is purchased. Other Time Overruns: If a services requires more time than booked, you may choose to extend the service at an additional $20 per hour, or the cleaner will prioritize tasks to fit the allotted time. (excludes task ready mini clean) 4. No-Show Policy A "No-Show" occurs if the service provider cannot gain access, the client is unavailable, or the premises are unsafe. Fee: A charge of 100% of the full scheduled service price will be applied. 5. Rescheduling & Recurring Services A recurring service cancellation may cause remaining visits that week/month to be adjusted to the next lower price point if frequency is no longer met. 6. Exceptions Fees may be waived for documented Medical Emergencies or severe weather. 7. Service Termination & Liability Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to deny, discontinue, or terminate service to any client at any time. This may be due to safety concerns, abusive behavior towards staff, non-payment, or maintaining an environment deemed unsafe or excessively disorganized by our service providers. Limitation of Liability for Damages While we take every precaution, No Time? No Problem is not liable for incidental or minor damages that may occur during routine service, such as water spotting, scratches on previously damaged or loose surfaces, or wear and tear common during cleaning or handling. We are fully insured for significant damage caused by gross negligence, provided any claim is reported within 24 hours of service completion.
